Professional Service Terms
By engaging Tantalen Technologies for web development, system engineering, or creative services, you (the Client) agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure high-quality delivery.
1. Quotations & Invoices
- All quotations provided are free of charge.
- Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Official Invoices are issued strictly after payment has been confirmed in our accounts.
2. Payments & Project Kickoff
A project is officially scheduled and begins only when a 50% deposit reaches our bank or mobile money accounts. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before the project is handed over, moved to a live domain, or administrative credentials are shared.
3. Scope of Work & Variations
We work strictly within the agreed scope and features listed in the initial quote. We cannot go beyond the agreed scope without additional charges. Any request for extra features will be treated as a Variation and will be billed separately.
4. Project Timelines
If Tantalen states a project will take 2 weeks, this is a business estimate based on immediate cooperation. If the Client delays with money or content, the timeline shifts accordingly. Tantalen Technologies is not at fault for delays caused by slow client responses or missing data.
5. Company Content
Clients are responsible for providing all text, logos, and images. In the event that a client does not have content, Tantalen will charge an additional fee for creating company content, copywriting, or professional graphic design.
6. Domain & Hosting Renewals
Renewal invoices are sent 30 days before expiry. Failure to pay for the renewal of domains or hosting will result in an automatic shutdown of the website and all associated web systems. We are not liable for business loss or data loss resulting from unpaid renewals.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying a deposit to Tantalen Technologies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
